Disgusting. I was almost hit by a bag of urine when I had the audacity to root for the home team during a U.S. vs. Mexico soccer game at the L.A. Coliseum a few years back. Out of the 90,000 or so in attendance, I'd estimate around 75,000 were rooting for Mexico ....and the urine bombs were flying at the team U.S.A. supporters (and players).
Back to Vietnam.....I think those sonsofbitches who abused our returning vets were actually angry at their own cowardice, and instead of looking in the mirror and addressing their inadequacies, decided to take it out on their polar opposites -- the returning courageous warriors.
