One of the most troubling aspects of this whole refusal or reluctance to admit the terrorist angle to this is that it seems to indicate an absolute reluctance to confront what will have to happen if we are not to simply capitulate to the Muslims, namely, we must immediately deport those who came illegally, as well as those who have known ties to Islamic terrorist organizations.

If the government of the people will not protect the people, the people should and will, protect themselves.

We are at war and the enemy lives in our midst, aided by those who refuse to accept the imminent danger surrounding them.

Well said and worth repeating bump.

"If the government of the people will not protect the people, the people should and will, protect themselves. "

This is a simple truth that will not change. Another simple truth is that a government unwilling or unable to protect it's own citizens doesn't have long to last. There are serious geopolitical side-effects to this current situation (since 9-11 and beyond) that too many are trying to sweep under the rug or avoid altogether. Our government knows this and is taking on a bunker-like mentality against everything which threatens it's existence. This includes it's own disgruntled citizens. We are in for a very rough time.

Your excellent comments seem to have been lost in the babble cloud of wasted bandwidth created by many of the intellectual midgets, who have loaded this thread with idle chatter. You are absolutely correct. It is time that our politically corrected cowards in public office realize this and set about fighting this war (they are too cowardly to even declare it).

Very well said. Our government is way overdue in recognizing this. It's time to start Profiling and Deporting, whether PC or not. Our lives, our country, and our future is at stake.
