DG,glad you posted this.

I hadn't seen anything involved in these murders that any number of people couldn't pull off.

Many American teens or reasonably short term shooters have the ability to make these shots, even if we discover in the end that it is a "pro".

In my experience over the years, true hunters, teens included, are not the types that kill for "thrill or fun".

The nuts that kill for no reason are often the wannabe hunter or military types. They're the same kinds that are thrilled by inflicting pain on animals or humans for no reason.

I still wouldn't rule out an individual or group trying to harm our Nation for whatever "cause" they support by any means and in my own mind think that's most likely at this time.

I think we're witnessing the lone angry person, and have thought so from the start. I'd be shocked if this is a pro.

He's a decent shot, but they are not hard shots to make. Where he is clever is making sure that he's not noticeable before the shot is fired.

Hard to say who or what kind of critter would conduct such an atrocity on innocent folks......... We have read a gazillion possibilities here on FR. Some from viable sources and alot that are bizare yet IMHO nothing is too bizare to not check, consider or investigate. This killer has to be caught fast .....

Stay Safe !

The average city block here in Eureka is about 300 feet from intersection to intersection. That is four 60' lots and sidewalks and a roadway of 40'. When you think of 100 yards in that light it would be a cake walk for a casual shooter even freehand. Most of the Blacktail deer (140 pounds) in this area are taken at this range.
