Is there something with the names of the towns the killings are happening in?

Hmmm...Fredricksburg, Manassas...sites of important Confederate victories...

Maybe someone in the area can help us out. When searching for the town names I found the names of the towns the victims resident in but am having trouble finding the name, state of the residence of each victim.
