Great debunking of YET ANOTHER example of the NY Times creating news, not reporting it.

universally respected for its integrity

Universally respected? Must be a different universe, because there's plenty of folks in these USA that wouldn't use the Slimes for their birdcage.

* * * "But take a close look at the poll: The phrasing of the questions is so slanted and biased that it amounts to journalistic "push polling" - the use of "objective" polling to generate a predetermined result, and so vindicate a specific point of view * * *"

The corruption and dishonesty of NYT is exposed for all to see. Notice the ABC, CBS, NBC jumped n the bandwagon to support dishonest polling tactics. And another thing: The numbers are immediately suspect because there was an insufficient polling sample.

This is polling intended to change public opinion -- not measure it.

FOX News also reported on this. NYT said people wanted PRESIDENT to spend more time on the economy. Poll did NOT reflect this but NO numbers were included in NYT article so the sheeple had no basis to doubt NYT.

Weekly Standard piece on the same subject.

(Unfortunately the Standard site is not responding as I post this.)

Dick Morris must have been listening to Rush Limbaugh yesterday.

Freedom of the press? Yeah, right.

Unfortunately, the damage is done. The NYT poll will be trumpeted all over. This excellent editorial by Dick Morris will hardly be noticed.

So, what's the bottom line? We must redouble our efforts the keep the House and take back the Senate.

I think we can expect major voting fraud this time around. The RATS started this in 2000 and cranked it up last week in NJ. I'm sure they view SCOTUS' refusal to get involved with the NJ debate as the "all clear" signal.

We must be vigilant on election day. To this end, I have volunteered to be a poll worker and I encourage other FReepers to do the same.

I honestly and sincerely believe the very future of our precious country is at risk. The threat is greater now than ever before. We must take back our country before it is lost forever.

The presstitutes don't report news anymore- they create it with polls (worded to get the results they like) - if they dont like the results, re-poll with new language and only use the answers you want. See how easy 'journalism' can be?

People change their minds

For instance ... take Sen. Byrd....

"on Aug. 30

Byrd was denouncing Bush for bypassing Congress before taking action against Iraq. "Congress needs to act and vote," he said. "There needs to be a vote in Congress." Byrd said he had contacted "constitutional scholars, recognized constitutional scholars" and every one – "to the man and woman" – said the president was required "to ask the Congress for permission and to get authorization, new authorization to invade Iraq." "

And now....

"Sept. 11 was "over a year old." What's the big hurry? Why is it so imminent? Why here and now? Why before the election?"

Above from Ann Coulter's column

The New York Times is the newsletter for the DNC.
