I think this guy is a terrorist b/c his goal is to destabilize rather than kill. If he wanted to kill there are plenty of better target rich environments he could have picked. Rather, this killing is the means to an end. So far he's been wildly successful. One guy has an entire region nearly to the point of panic and the local/state and fed police stumped. Also, contrary to what most have said I don't think he's as highly trained as you imagine. He certainly has some training but its very narrow. A 100yd killing shot on a human size target isn't hard esp. the ones hes made. Nearly all targets were relatively still and exposed -- not expecting to be shot at.

I agree. I think he's a terrorist as well. All the more reason he needs to be caught and caught soon! It's the fact that he's killing people at random, all ages, all colors, etc. that convinces me that this is not your normal serial killer. Hope that angle is being pursued. M

My retired Military friends have speculated if the assassin starts taking shots from 750-500 foot range, then he most likely was trained by our Military. They said the Marines, Army, FBI train some top notch snipers. They said the CIA used to train some high class assassins. Among the players now, Israel trains the best. Their discussion centered on talent. This is only their opinion, could have just been hype, could be midnight delusions. LOL. I overheard them discussing this last night. :)Since we are all speculating here, thought I'd toss this into the mix, see what others think. :)
