This is the same POS chief from Portland that refused to help question and or detain anyone suspected of being a terrorist. Only right he should now be the Chief in another county of "Diversity". Wonder how many Terrorists he will help this time.

I agree with you about the chief. He appears to be in way over his head on this situation. His briefings seem like non-sensical ramblings.
