That is what I think it is. We have had them in New York City - Zodiac Killer, Son of Sam, etc no reason to think that it is NOT one of these psychos either!
Actually there is at least one really good reason. The sickos usually have a pattern to their killings. Same sex, same age, sometimes even the same "look", sometimes only the same occupation. This one doesn't have that sort of pattern.
