That would be my bet, too.
Also, doesn't it seem he is now making a point of playing to our fears?
The first day the news made a big deal about locking down the kids at school and the safety of the kids. First thing Monday morning, he targets a child going to school. He's playing with everyone here. He's trying to show us he is our worse nightmare.

Those were my thoughts about that. I think the kid today made an unexpected move too, that probably saved his life. That and the quick actions of his Guardian.
