What special training? Drive to the end of a shopping mall, crack the door, shoot someone a hundred or so yards away, close the door, drive away, get a different vehicle, do it again? It appears that this is what is happening.

For what it is worth, it may appear the boy shot was black. There are photos on yahoo of friends of his relatives crying, and they are black. But that doesn prove anything specifically. We'll have to see....

Actually, I doubt the sniper would open the door. If you roll down the window, and lay the rife across the mirror, it's almost as good as a benchrest.
