I find it odd that the public officials in Maryland who hate guns are proving to the public that they cannot protect them and they cannot even catch these people. Just goes to show you that even if you took all the guns away from the law abiding citizens it wouldn't keep you safe from those who don't follow the law. Well, I think the guy got spotted this time and it appears he is on foot, at least for the hit.
