People are rethinking, 'Should we even live in the United States.' "

"There are people who are first generation (immigrants) who no doubt have sympathy with those who have attacked us," Mandaville said. "But that doesn't make them terrorists."

makes them subhuman

"The reaction is, 'Why are they doing this to this community?' There's fear and concern," said the mosque leader, who declined to give his name. "Muslims are looked upon differently. People are rethinking, 'Should we even live in the United States.' "
Now they're getting it! Move along... don't let the door hit ya in the arse!

Here's a happy thought from Middle East expert Daniel Pipes:

Islamists constitute a small but significant minority of Muslims, perhaps 10 to 15 per cent of the population. Many of them are peaceable in apearance, but they all must be considered potential killers.

How does 400,000 to 800,000 -- in our country -- potential killers sound?

Pipes article here...

Yeah, it would really break my heart if they all left, but the truth is, you couldn't blast these ticks out of here with a hydrogen bomb.

New detail:

The FBI is reportedly investigating another member of the Islamic Center suspected of having ties with Wadih el Hage, a top aide to bin Laden. The suspect reportedly was in a gemstone business with el Hage and had other financial dealings with him, according to court records cited by the Oregonian newspaper.

There is a lot of "Muslim go home" being expressed on this link.

Not a problem in itself, but the names and faces of many of these specific suspects are American...

"One person in Seattle and four to nine in Portland is hardly an international terrorist cell in operation,"

I live only about 2-3 miles from these vermin. They congregate on the sidewalks. The mingle in stores. And in a tight maybe 10 square block area they have perrty much taken over. Additionally, they have "cells" all around town.

Afterall, this is Portland, Oregon. The same Portland filled with 60's radical leftists in the government, that now while a little grayer, still advance a "progressive" approach to government that is very similar to the Marxism we were warned about as kids in the 50's.

Taxes at levels even this country's federal governement did not impose. Creeping control over peoples property rights. A Gay agenda that resembles San Francisco. Meatless weekdays proclaimed by the idiot mayor. Leather pride celebrations. Yet no money or interest in protecting and defending the area from terrorists.

But that is simple -- the terrorists are running things!

"The reaction is, 'Why are they doing this to this community?' " [said an anomous mosque leader]

Who is THEY, I wonder? Certainly, the anonomous mosque leader IS NOT referring to the arrested terrorists.

""One person in Seattle and four to nine in Portland is hardly an international terrorist cell in operation," said Jon Mandaville..."

Just more "practical jokes" planned by our fun loving Muslim friends?

Battle and Lewis, whose neighbors said moved into their Portland apartment complex last spring, worked as nursing assistants at a nursing home.

Uh, I believe Ms. Lewis also interned twice for the Mayor of Portland. Why'd they leave that out?
