..and the democrats have their candidate for 2004!
There's only one thing to do with this guy; run him for the open senate seat in New Jersey. He would fit right in, both in the senate and New Jersey.

San Fran's version of Otis?
You know, it would be cheaper for the city to give this guy all the alchohol he could drink- he'd die quicker.
To: Prodigal Son
Give him a bottle and FineSwines address.

I cannot think of a better home for the man than Frisco. They deserve each other, may he live a long and drunken life.

Someone in the city manager's office should use a bit of imagination. Since this gentleman, Mr. Sanchez, is inflicting these costs upon the citizens on a constant basis, why not do the obvious. Give Mr. Sanchez a city job in the traffic control department. Since Mr. Sanchez enjoys getting drunk and laying around, even in his own excrement, he could serve as a "speed bump" in the city hall parking lot.
I do believe that a fifth of vodka now and then would cost the city a whole lot less than all these ambulance transports and hospital stays ;-)

Probably the only place in the world stuff like this happens.
