More like the most-leftist Socialists they can be. They don't quite have the political or military strength to be full-blown Communists yet. That acquired power would allow them to imprison or murder everyone who speaks out against them in public. Those drunk with power and illusions of greatness can't initiate their desires until they disarm and pacify the sheeple. You won't see how nasty they can be until that happens. They seem to the world as caring, pacifist leaders for now. Paging Hillary, Feinstein, Schumer, Bonior, Sarah, etc, etc, ....Communism is merely Socialists with guns.
