CNN just broke in and said that the GOP will not wait to find out the SCONJ decision.
They will bring a petition to Federal Court (eventual destination SCOTUS) on the Voting Rights Act with regard to the 1,800 already mailed absentee ballots in NJ.

Hannity just announced that the NJ court ruled that Lautenberger can be on the ballot.

I don't like anti-smoking laws. So from now on, I'm just going to smoke where I want to.

NJSC just ruled for the DEMS.
However, I think now the DEMS will attack the Republicans for standing in the way of a fair vote if they go to the USSC. And now watch CNNABCCBSNBCMSNBC spin it for the DEMS.
The whole thing is a sham, but the American sheeple don't care, especially in NJ.

Like Hannity said at the begining of the show 3 hours before this decision, "The fix is in". He knew it was a done deal before the case was heard.

This is one of those days that it is great to have FR around, we can cover what all 3 networks are saying at one time easily!

Yea, sad state of affairs isn't it?

Even if the SCOTUS steps in and overturns the NJSC decision, the Torch could resign within 30 days of the election, and the Rats would appoint someone until the next general election, as per NJ law.

Un freakin believeable

I think this is a mistake. I think the Pubbies should stay out out of it. Call me nuts, but I think the voters are prepared to deal with this on their own.

Yep, this tactic was getting good press here in Los Angeles on The Hugh Hewitt Show.
If I understand correctly, all the military ballots have been in the "mail" for
some time.
But that won't stop the party that wants to keep a dead person on the ballot
(Patsy Mink in Hawaii) and take a live one off another ballot (The Torch)
from trying any sort of scurrilous (sp?) machination.

Carl Cameron says decision could be announced at any moment. He says that they have a reputation of ruling 7-0 in matters that set new precedent.

Yes, but we shouldn't even be here. The RATS are the epitome of arrogance. It appears that they are right in their arrogance.
