Maybe the RINOs ducked because they didn't want to tar the GOP with a "partisan decision" thinking that Forrester will probably win anyhow so why complain. If any Judge was that craven, they are as bad as the corrupt Democrat SC Judges who donated to Torch and ruled instead of recusing themselves on this.
