14 Bullet Holes - and a Suicide Note October 1, 2002
Even in the midst of this Torricelli mess, we at the EIB Network find reason to laugh. We must illustrate the absurdity of all these Democrats hugging and applauding the Torch for his dropping out of the race, even as he fails to admit any wrongdoing or apologize to the voters of New Jersey.
You know "Don Clintleone" is running this party, through his consigliere Terry McAuliffe. A member of our legal team suggested a solution to the Torricelli mess that even I had overlooked.
He pointed out that a political party can name a replacement candidate only if the nominee dies. So perhaps they need to send Tom Lantos of California over to Torch's house to convince him of the honors of "suiciiiiiiiiiiiide." This legal eagle said, "I'm telling you, don't be surprised if Torricelli shows up in some landfill at a waste project in New Jersey with 14 bullet holes and had suicide note pinned on his chest like Abu Nidal."
Next up we had to update our beloved montage of Torricelli's angry denial and David Chang's lawyer reading off all the gifts that they have now proved Torch took for favors. We added in Torch telling that absurd and impossible-to-believe story of him writing a will as a five-year-old bambino. He said he left all his possessions to the Marines and the people, after all, so we figured we'd list some of the expensive possessions he gobbled up as bribes.
That stupid, heart-string-tugging story smacked of the Slick One himself Bill Clinton. So we put our microphones on Bob Torricelli. (We got the idea from Tom Harkin in Iowa, who bugged the campaign of his GOP opponent.) We heard a conversation between Bubba and the Torch, which you can listen to below along with that fabulous montage. Keep your spirits up, folks. Don't be a bunch of stiffs like Mel Carnahan and Patsy Mink.
Guess we will find out today if they own the NJSC.
OLD news to FReepers
....Nuck,Nuck, Nuck

Someone is lying here...This "Prediction" was made by a caller, not someone on Rush's staff.
There's more for Mafia [though we called 'em *Outfit* around Chicago] Dons and Consigliere than for Democratic Party officials and former officeholders, I'd expect.
