Gubernatorial candidate Dick Posthumus says the Kilpatrick memo "turns Michigan state government into a department store window at Christmas time."

Is Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick's memo -- which requested political favors for Detroit but apparently was never sent to Democratic gubernatorial candidate Jennifer Granholm -- a legitimate campaign issue in the governor's race?

Yeah this is incredible! The really sad part is if Granholm wins she will probably go right along with it. Maybe they can move our state capitol from Lansing on over to Detroit. It's too bad that Kwami can't concentrate on the one ,two sometimes three murders that happen in Detroit just about every day instead of trying to "blackmail" the funds and control of the entire State!

Could you all please click on the Detroit News link and vote? The Dems seem to have made headway in the voting.

"...Kwame Kilpatrick - I'm unfamiliar....Irish Traveler?..."

Don't tell me you don't remember Kwame!

Toshiru Kilpatrick and Morning Sky Mohammed's kid...

(Although a lot of folks wondered what the milkman, Moses Rodriguez, might have had to do with it)

You know, the one the other kids called 'Spot'.

In the 2000 election, Michigan lost its GOP Senator Abraham to the Democrat Debbie Stabenow and Bush lost the State to Gore. I believe both losses were due to vote fraud in Detroit/Wayne County.

The Michigan GOP dropped the ball after the 2000 election and the Florida brouhaha to take the opportunity to introduce fraud-proof voting State-wide (ie aimed at Detroit). So, if they lose the governor's chair, it'll be at least 4 years before they can do a thing about vote fraud. Thank you, once again, GOP (Goofball Oblivious Poofters).

NOTE TO ALL MICHIGAN FREEPERS: WJR-AM 760 is having Mayor Kilpatrick on its "Ask the Mayor" program TONIGHT from 7 to 8 p.m.

Be sure to call in and ask him about the memo.

Can you imagine the furor if a memo had surfaced demanding white people be put into certain cabinet positions?

Exactly. That's what "insuring a high vote turn-out" is all about. I'm sure this memo -- a smoking gun, IMHO -- will elicit not even a yawn from the media.

You may be right, but it was at least in the "Detroit News" (whatever that is!)...

I'm a little more optimistic, I guess...there sure seems to be a "drip, drip...drip..." thing going on with all kinds of Dem.s lately...
