This will soon become a national public relations disaster for the greedy Democrats who simply don't want to let the public have their fair vote.

Can the dims actually do this? How are they going to get the New Jersey Supreme Court to stop printing the ballots?

Not to mention the fiasco in Hawaii, where some are saying that Rep. Mink (D of course) was kept on life support long enough so that her name couldn't be removed from the ballot. She was pronounced dead just 2 days after the deadline had passed.

"... This will soon become a national public relations disaster for the greedy Democrats who simply don't want to let the public have their fair vote." On the other hand, this is New Jersey we're talking about.

Are democrats ready to lose seats all over the nation for the right to cheat on one race? Is this a new marker for "short sighted"?

It's one of two things:
"A bait and switch nomination" - the Dems run one person then switch to some other candidate, which if done by ANY corporation would have Ralph Nader on them like stink on crap.
"Retaining power by cancelling an election" because the Dems are in a desperate situation.
And they expect people to vote for them?

Yeah, I didn't see the RATS demanding to overturn election laws and put a new candidate up against John Ashcroft after the deadline passed. The RATS only follow laws when it furthurs thier interests.
