JERUSALEM - Three members of a Palestinian terror cell who trained in Iraq's military camps have been arrested as they tried to make their way back into Israel, officials said yesterday.
Israeli media reported that officials were flying to Washington to personally brief the CIA on the arrests, which took place as the United States readied its forces for battle with Baghdad.
