President Bush began the day meeting with congressional leaders regarding Iraq. Accompanied by Republicans and Democrats from the House, Bush later made a statement to the media regarding the immediate need for a resolution. The President also reiterated his stance on corporate responsibility during a speech at the Washington Hilton Hotel. Bush later headed back to Texas to attend a political fundraiser for Attorney General John Cornyn in Houston. Meanwhile, First Lady Laura Bush continued her trip in Mexico City. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

QUOTE OF THE DAY: To ignore these threats is to encourage them. And when they have fully materialized it may be too late to protect ourselves and our friends and our allies.

Command presence will do that to a crowd.
BTW, everyone needs to see THIS . It's one of those "kitchen table" issues that the lib/dems want to get back to. Perhaps not so fast on this issue - unless the press can manage to squelch this survey data.

Notice in the picture how they are all looking at the PresidentA commanding presence! The President continues to show leadership while Daschle yaps and whines. I hope lil tommy keeps it up. He looks like a fool.
THANKS for doing this tirelessly, RWP! You make every day end with a smile!

Who is the lady in the pink jacket? I think I saw her on tv and wondered what gave her such an expression. Guess it could be somber!! Thanks rintense for all your hard work. It is very much appreciated.
