It seems that Bush has taken the UN at their word as to their primary worth and given them a "Prove It" demand.

It seems to me that Dubya should be making his case for going to War before Congress, not the UN.
But Congressional weasels are content in their roles as bickering obstructionists, more intent on micromanaging local school boards. I don't see any mature leadership in D.C. at all.

Why? He already has the permission of Congress.
