How the hell were they shaving if you can't carry a TOENAIL clipper---much less a RAZOR??
I wouldn't put it past someone to have infiltrated ground crew or maintenance, would you? Not only with a razor, but with weapons or explosives. Entirely possible that items were well-hidden somewhere in the lav.
