According to
this link, the Palermo Senator is a freighter which has can accomodate four passengers (in two cabins). The ship was built in Germany, and has "German lead officers, Filipino, Kiribati and East Baltic crew."
Here's a map of the itinerary of the Palermo Senator and its sister ships (the group is called the "Orient Express"). Note the stops in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, China, Malaysia, Singapore, as well as ports in Europe, the U.S., and South Korea.
"...which has can accomodate..." should have been "...which can accommodate...".
