No doubt about it - I served in GW1 (George W. One or Gulf War One, whichever you prefer) and when you actually got used to the enemy surrendering en-masse, with whatever piece of white fabric they could find (quite often it was underwear, although with the stains it was hard to tell if they were surrendering or signalling an Ozone Action Day) you kind of got the idea that these people HAVE NO REAL HEART. They claim to be fighting for Allah, yet when their mettle was truly tested, it turned out to be linguini(and a rather poor strain of it, indeed:=).

We also have a 'nerve' problem with the pantywaist liberals who can't stand the US Military being used as other than social welfare workers.

Probably true but the Iraqis are not like some of the other Muslim countries which have really religious governments
Saddam does diddly to enforce muslim law and ironically Iraq is probably more westernized than Iran or Saudia Arabia etc

Vast majority of Iragis care less about any religious war and while they don't like Israel they ain't hot to trot to go to war with them
