As to my prediction, I'd like to change it to Jan 30, 3:10, Baghdad time. I had predicted Jan 29th, 3:10 AM.

When the President gives his State of the Union speech this Tues. Jan 28th at 6 PM., it will be 2 PM., Jan 29th in Baghdad. I think he allows a full day for the speech to sink in, and the next night...
