There hasn't been too much doubt about whose side the Saudis are really on. Maybe they'll pay us if we promise not to nuke their sorry asses.

What else have the terrorist-spawning and terrorist supporting,
WMD bankrolling Saudis done since their attacks against the US on 911?

ANSWER: Telethons to fund more attacks on Western democracies.

How do they get away with this?

Saudi Minister: "Constantinople."

Coddling the Saidi's? We should be INVADING Saudi Arabia, confiscating their oil, and after prosecuting any terrorist sponsors that we grab, and after taking enough oil to repay our costs of 9-11 and the ensuing war on Saudi-inspired Wahabbi terrorism -- at least $1.5 TRILLION, we can negotiate the return of their country to a responsible government. Any neighboring countries that have a problem with this strategy get the same treatment.

If this is true, I have two answers from history that the Saudi extremists and their fat, lazy rich backers would do well to keep in mind: Tours (Charles the Hammer), 732 A.D.; Vienna, 1632. Enough said.

What? A Saudi connection to bin Laden??? Wow, next they might discover some connection between Saudi Arabia and most of the 911 hijackers.

Egypt also paid up... Egypt has been in an even more tenuous position. Clinton's willingness to blame Boeing for the crash of EgyptAir 990 instead of blaming Osama's terrorist network gave Osama more power to extort money from mideast governments. I wonder if he got a cut of the action himself. Maybe we should ask Marc Rich.

I wonder how much Clinton would have paid if given such an offer.

The enemy of America is not our many Muslim friends. It is not our many Arab friends. Our enemy is a radical network of terrorists and every government that supports them.

And we will pursue nations that provide aid or safe haven to terrorism. Every nation in every region now has a decision to make: Either you are with us or you are with the terrorists.

From this day forward, any nation that continues to harbor or support terrorism will be regarded by the United States as a hostile regime.

The United States respects the people of Afghanistan Saudi Arabia, but we condemn the Taliban regime House of Saud.

It is not only repressing its own people, it is threatening people everywhere by sponsoring and sheltering and supplying terrorists.

By aiding and abetting murder, the Taliban regime House of Saud is committing murder. And tonight the United States of America makes the following demands on the Taliban House of Saud:

-- Deliver to United States authorities all of the leaders of Al Qaeda who hide in your land.

-- Release all foreign nationals, including American citizens you have unjustly imprisoned.

-- Protect foreign journalists, diplomats and aid workers in your country.

-- Close immediately and permanently every terrorist training camp in Afghanistan Saudi Arabia. And hand over every terrorist and every person and their support structure to appropriate authorities.

-- Give the United States full access to terrorist training camps, so we can make sure they are no longer operating.

These demands are not open to negotiation or discussion.

IF this is verifiably true S.A. must be considered (by ALL) an accomplice to the crimes committed on 9/11.

If true and this administration does not affect a drastic policy shift toward S.A. it will speak volumes.

If this story isn't BS the next few weeks should be quite interesting.

Of course you know that there will be those who would call your reply above "totally nuts; WAY out in left field; ultra-right wing ravings; LUNACY!!"

I'm not one of them. I happen to agree with you 100%.

President Bush made it quite clear that any country that supports terrorism is to be considered a terrorist state and would be treated accordingly........and dealt with firmly and swiftly.

Frankly, I don't think that he had any idea at the time that he said this that he was referring to a country long considered an ally.......Saudi Arabia. Still, if his policy is to have any gravity, any credibility whatsoever, then I'd like to know exactly what choice he has now EXCEPT to do exactly what you've said here.........
