Looks like they cut the video before the dog started to really suffer. BUT--CNN reported Osama probably watched the tape and had requested the experiment performed so he could judge the lethality of the gas!
The cynic in me comes out when thinking that CNN will make the tie that Al-Quaeda obtained this chemical agent from Iraq, thus accusing both Bush administrations of being complicit in this.
