What do you think of Malkin?

She is a complete unknown to me. I am much more interested in why Zigler is leaving. I have a feeling he does not want to head an agency half the size of the one he started out leading. I want to see who leads the Immigration enforcement department under the Homeland Security Agency. That will be more telling than whoever replaces Zigler as the head of the INS.
