Now we know who really was behind the reason for Noah needing to build an ark.

"Leftist politicians and environmentalists sought yesterday to link Europe's worst floods in decades to U.S. reluctance to endorse the Continent's approach to fighting global warming."

Ahhh, the old "Blame America For Our Weather and Neglected Government Dams" trick.

Shoot, Europe has been blaming mystic gods for bad weather for millenia, so why not continue that tradition by blaming the most powerful entity that they can comprehend today.

My money says that a large number of Eurotrash subjects are so uneducated that they'll buy into such ridiculous propaganda, too.

I was watching BBC News this week, and the floods are the leading news over in Europe. I knew immediately they were going to blame them on global warming, and on us.

"The torrential rains, which have killed dozens of people across Europe and threatened treasured landmarks from Prague to Dresden, hit about two weeks before a U.N. environmental conference in Johannesburg."

And George Bush did nothing to prevent it.

Kind of leaves you breathless doesn't it. I think if it is possible, this group of Kyoto supporters is worse than PETA they certainly are as dumb.

Global warming...what a crock...they just want the United States to carry the ‘water’ for them. Climate is cyclical, always has been and always will be.

Europe's worst floods in decades

Hmmm. . . So there has been worse flooding. Can I then conclude that Global Warming leads to less severe flooding?

"Those nations that really are careless with the environment should have to compensate."

They want to root around in our pockets. Nothing more, nothing less. The only thing stopping them is our National Defence. The world has changed far less than people assume an we WILL be looted if we don't defend ourselves.

Did you know there were no droubts or floods prior to the industial age?

Did you know that weather has been constant on the earth for 4 billion years?

Did you know that much of the US was not glacier covered just 20,000 years ago?

Well, you would have to believe each of those to buy into the lies of the globull warmers.

I am in Britain and I watch Fox News on satellite for similar reasons.

Back home in St. Louis you can walk around and find crinoids - fossil sea worms - and fossils of ancient tropical tree leaves in the rocks all along the highways. So... who caused that ancient flooding and warm temperatures back then?

And more recently, who do we get to blame for the Flood of 93, a cyclical 500 year flood? China? Europe? If the flooding of the Mississippi is cyclical, isn't the flooding in Europe cyclical too?

The biggest damage to the environment is the goat herds on communally managed - or unmanaged- land of the middle east- they've turned a fairly habitable pace into a desert from overgrazing just because they didn't have individual property rights... and things really haven't changed. You'd think Europe would be more enthusiastic for change.

Their theory would fly better if they removed the old high-water marks from their buildings before pointing at a country which wasn't around when they were first made.

Let's see...there's a big ol' cloud of pollution over China, which is leading to all sorts of deaths from respiratory problems, which has been named "The Asian Brown Cloud", which evidently forms every year (from what I understand), and somehow the US is to blame for heavy rains in Europe? Someone's on some sort of Euro-fag club drug for sure with this story.

The thing about the hypocrits in the EU is that not one of them has taken the accord and ratified it in their parliments. If they thought that the previous fuel tax riots were bad enough, wait until they tell their publics that their full is going up twelve fold and economic growth is going to be in the deep negatives to close down all that "extra" industry. Yup, should go over really well...right up to the point they get lined up against a wall for a high caliber labotomy.
