$50 million may not seem like a lot of money for other staes, but considering the annual General Fund budget for elaware is only $2 billion - that 50million is not something to sneeze at.
Considering that PA, MD and NJ all raised their cigarette taxes this year, I suspect that $50million will take a hefty jump during this coming fiscal year.
