The stream keeps getting knocked off --- and sometimes the stream is shutdown so you can't get backed in.

Looks like the show is so flooded with people trying to get in online that C-SPAN's website is having trouble handling the load.

Hmmmm? I didn't have any trouble watching it online (I don't have cable). It was not the best picture, but the sound was great and she did a great job.
