This morning Brian Lamb said on C-Span that Anne Coulter will be on Booknotes Sun. (8/11/02) at 8/11 pm ET, and he mentioned that he's been getting negative e-mail.

I really wish these people could decide on a story and stick to it; first he is too stupid to get out of bed; next, he is so crafty and cunning, he is going to take over the world; next, he is too stupid to pronounce big words; next, he is so sly, he was pulling the wool over everyone's eyes with complex business dealings; next, he is the goofy frat-boy, not ready for complex issues; now, he is the elitist, trying to make himself seem one of the guys.

All Republican Presidential candidates get the "stupid" label. Exception: Nixon was "scarily weird rather than stupid"...Quayle kept HWBush from the stupid label in comparison.
Looks like the show is so flooded with people trying to get in online that C-SPAN's website is having trouble handling the load.
