setting a fire is arson, which is a state felony.
receiving a settlement from an insurance company through deception is fraud, which is a state felony - possibly federal, if the insurance company is out of state.
thinking about doing either and then following through with the deeds is conspiracy to commit ...
the list goes on. Too bad she doesn't have OJ's lawyer. she could have gotten national coverage and a larger settlement instead of jail time.
