Have you read his "lawsuit" concerning Cheney? From what I have read here, his "clients," who HE sought out, didn't lose anything; they bought their stock a long time AFTER the accounting change was made and announced.

People here know more about this than I do, but from what it looks like to me, it's a bogus lawsuit and he will continue to post those press releases and, no doubt, include that very wording in his requests for donations.

My question is, when the SEC finds that what Halliburton and Cheney did was NOT illegal, which they certainly will, will Klayman drop his suit, or will he say, as he has already laid the groundwork for, that "the powers in Washington help their own," and he will "fight on for the truth if you'll just send me some money?"

That's my bet .. if Larry was really insterested in the truth he would have been more successful in his law suits

It doesn't matter at this point what Klayman says in the future. The left wing media shmoozed him. He sensed a chance to dip into left wing donations. I knew he was a populist to some degree. But I didn't think he was the bottomfeeding, backstabbing, slander-mongering media whore that he appears to be right now.

If he's wrong on this, and it sure looks that way, Klayman will quickly find that the right door has slammed behind him, and the left door will slam shut in front of him. He'd be finished. No way the left wing will help him get powerful. Not after all he had done to them. What a waste. He had it made as a conservative truth-seeking champion.
