I can believe prostitution should be legal but, while it is illegal, decide that a prostitute broke the law engaging in prostitution." Of course you can.
But under our political system you are not obligated to.
The Juror's discretion is absolute and final.
Isn't it odd that no jury has ever been jailed for "disobeying" the judge's instructions?

He knew all about the law and decided to commit the crime anyway What law? You don't even know what you're talking about.
But thanks for exposing yourself.

He downloaded reactionary materials in full knowledge that it was a crime. Not only that, he printed them so that others might read them and help him to destabilize society, ushering in lawlessness and hooliganism.
Maybe you don't like it, but that's the law.

I understand folks in Cuba who want to access the Internet have to go to a government controlled office, fill out a form stating where you want to go on the computer and the request will be granted or denied by the official in charge. Ah, the joys of Communism. God Bless America and may she live free for all time.

Li Dawei thanks CISCO and Nortel for providing the Chinese police with the technology to track down thought criminals like this. I read that Microsoft has great hopes for expansion in China. I guess they are hoping for an alliance with the Chinese government to enforce very strict anti-piracy policies.
