This may explain the sudden deaths of prince's of the House of Saud -- the most recent one of dying of thirst in the desert -- like someone in Saudi doesn't know how to survive in the desert. Or the horse owner that suffered a heart attack and I forget with the 3rd one died of recently.

Does sound suspicious!

Let al-Qaeda have this hell-hole. Let them gather shooting assault weapons into the air. Let the veiled ladies whoop with their wagging tongues. At least we will know where to target much of the vermin. For the sake of civilization, we should do to Mecca and Medina what God is said to have done to Sodom.

...It should not be surprising if for example, following a unilateral attack on Iraq--the House of Saud may choose to side with Islamic radicals.

As though it wasn't already clear the House of Saud has "sided with Islamic radicals"??

If the Saudis want to make it official, we can give them 24 hours to pack up their Mercedes and harems before we send in a few cub scouts and a angry senior citizen to take over the place.

All the more reason to take out Iraq NOW. We are then positoned to deal with our "Allies" in Saudi Arabia, and ensure a friendly outcome for the United States. At the very least we will have the forces in position to ensure the oilfields remain in friendly hands.

Let the wahabbis have Mecca and all the sand.

Is Prince Abdullah really pro-western or just pretending.
Some other reports have made him the anti_American more than the other 'Sudeiri' faction composed of Ambassador Bandar.

EIther way, Saudis attended the recent missile tests conducted by Pakistan. Also in attendance were North Koreans and Chinese.

The Sudanese have Aggies, too??? ;>)

...Saudi security forces recently foiled an al-Qaeda plot directed at downing an American military plane. The attempt, led by a Sudanese citizen, involved the use of air-to-surface missiles ...

Saudi Arabia has been a breeding ground for Sunni radicalism since 1902...

During the 1980s, the Saudi royals undertook another major effort to redirect political dissent: They financed thousands of their most politically challenging citizens, including Osama bin Laden, to wage jihad in Afghanistan against the Soviet Union, and after the Soviet defeat, against other infidels.

The whole problem is the House of Saud. They are loonies and have nursed the very snakes that are now biting them and us.

The Saudis are opposed to us taking iraq because they're afraid of our imminent independance from their oil.
