You mean fourth world; SA reached third world status some time ago. When everything totally breaks down, the UN and/or US troops will be called in to clean up some of the mess, by which time I calculate that we will be paying for maintaining troops in just about every region on earth, except perhaps southern South America and Australia.

It might be a great idea, but neither the spineless U.S. Congress or Bush will do a d*mn thing seeing as they love Mbeki, Mandela, and the rest of the communist ANC crowd. I think South Africa will mirror Zimbabwe in a year or two. Gold and diamond miners better beware too...the ANC is gradually moving towards confiscation of those industries as well. Get your gold now while it's cheap, by the time SA has it's way, production of those commodities will certainly be adversely affected when those industries are nationalized or turned over to "black" groups.

I think it will take less than 10 years. Much of the country is already there and between this nonsense (killing off food suppliers) and AIDS, the rest of the country should be engulfed soon enough.

The numbers of AIDS-related deaths are doubling on about an 8-month cycle. But as dementia affects many of those in the tertiary stages, look for deaths to increase from additional outbreaks as well, particularly typhus and Cholera, as in Zimbabwe.
