I demand a recount!!
Dear God: Um, can I ask why I don't ever look that good when I'm cleaning my house? If it's good enough for Spook..it's good enough for MoJo! I realize that I'm playing hooky from work today, but I still don't look like that when I'm cleaning house.
While we are at it, I know you have an understanding about recounts as many Americans, myself included, spent a lot of time discussing why it was that Naomi Wolf's Alpha Male--Al Gore...Needed To Go! So? I'd like to have a recount on this one! Thanks!

I'm not sure why it started, but Sassy and I dress up to do our house work. It's a tradition to do our house work in our sexiest ball gown. LOL
Hi Aeronaut. Love your outfit too...whatever you have on. HA!
See you all later. I really gotta run, or I'll sit here for hours.

When I was younger I hated going to weddings ...it seemed that all of my aunts and the grandmotherly types used to come up to me, poking me in the ribs and cackling, telling me, 'You're next.'
They stopped after I started doing the same thing to them at funerals.

Morning All. Thanks Snow Bunny.
What a great start to my day! I love Mail Call!
Keep up the great work Scully! Scrounging will be a skill you can use the rest of your life, it's different as a civilian, but it's a skill that will always come in handy.

Well, it's time to go back to bed! When I wake up, I'll look like that when I decide to clean out my son's closet. I have heard there was something that lives in there, but I'm not sure. I'm going in for inspection. He swears that some annoying little frog lives in there. However, I believe it is a strange purple dinosaur that loves to make friends and sings about it..over and over and over again! I must retrieve it and put it in it's proper home..THE TRASH CAN!

For Preston:

HMCS Cayuga was a Tribal class destroyer, commissioned in October 1947. Wearing pennant R04, then 218 she served a total of three tours of Korea, the last in 1954 after the conflict ended. She was paid off in February 1964.
This page has been developed and is maintained by Jerry Proc and is dedicated to all those men who served in HMCS Cayuga R04/DDE218. Former shipmates are encouraged to show honour to their ship by writing something of their service for inclusion in this web page. The beautiful colour photo of the ship is a DND photo and submitted by Don Bjorndahl a Cayuga veteran. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Don for making available most of the photos and other material featured in this web page and providing the inspiration for its development.
Here's a link to a website with more info on the HMCS Cayuga.

Good Monday Morning Canteen

The preacher, in his Sunday sermon, used "Forgive Your Enemies" as his subject.
After a long sermon, he asked how many were willing to forgive their enemies.
About half held up their hands.
Not satisfied he harangued for another twenty minutes and repeated his question.
This time he received a response of about 80 percent.
Still unsatisfied, he lectured for another 15 minutes and repeated his question.
With all thoughts now on Sunday dinner, all responded except one elderly lady in the rear.
"Mrs. Jones, are you not willing to forgive your enemies?"
"I don't have any."
"Mrs. Jones, that is very unusual. How old are you?"
"Ninety three."
"Mrs. Jones, please come down in front and tell the congregation how a person can live to be ninety-three, and not have an enemy in the world."
The little sweetheart of a lady tottered down the aisle, very slowly turned around and said: "It's easy, I just outlived the
bitches. witches.

Isn't that a contradiction in terms?
