You have a rank outsider Milwaukee RAT in Tom Barrett (whose only tangible asset is that he's been in Washington roughly the last decade so he "can't" be slimed with the dirty politics that Wisconsin RATs are becoming known for), a pair of Madistan RATs (AG Jim Doyle and Dane County Executive Kathleen Falk) and the aforementioned George (the only black).
