I suppose you think the SA gov't would make it obvious to formally be an enemy of the United States.. that's pretty funny considering we have a perfect example in Iran... politics is all about appearances.. Of course Iran comes out and says in statements that it doesn't support terror which is a joke because everyone knows they do. But nobody starts a war with them because it's all about appearances on the front stage.. now behind the scenes is another story that has some role in containing/instigating aggression depending on how it plays out.. but you don't see WWIII happening because of Iran now do ya?

Iran's probably number two on Bush's list, assuming that an al-Queda controlled SA doesn't push it back a spot. Once Iraq's taken, there's a good chance its government will fall without direct military intervention on our part.
