I just thought I'd post that my grandfather passed on about three hours ago. He was in no pain, and he was ready to be done fighting according to my parents.

This is interesting...My 6 year old sons birthday is on the anniversary of my GRANDMOTHERS death...Today, the day her husband, my GRANDFATHER passed, is my other sons' 9th birthday. How amazing is that?

My aunt was diagnosed with lung cancer. The doctors have given her 6 weeks to live without chemotherapy, 9-18 months if she does it.

My mother is holding up remarkably well. Thanks to you all for the kind words and thoughts...
