I also worry about the ones who put their bank accounts first (bribes) and those who support one world and open borders, and those who just hate America and want to see it "knocked down a peg". Really, you have to take into consideration the anti American brainwashing our university graduates (and new FSOs) have received in the last 10-15 years.

It appears to me that the State Department officials are bemoaning the fact that they might lose their part-time mployment, getting money under the table in exchange for bisas.
My father, worked for the State Department for a short time. I can remember him coming home and telling stories about the waste, abuse and graft that he witnessed.
