Update from OC Sheriff... Press conference..

Playing 911 tape of the people that found the body, male caller was extremely upset, and scared, he was crying, and telling 911 the location but the cell phone transmission was breaking up and was disconnected.

They called the telephone number he left before the disconnect and they called his home and got a messege machine. He called back within minutes and made contact again with 911 and was almost hysterical and crying saying it was little girl and was very distraught,

When Cell caller got home he called again from home phone and recontacted 911, 911 said they would pick him up and the he could show him where the body was.

Press conference continues, stating over 2000 citizens have given leads......

Another press conference at 6 PM

At 955 AM they made an arrest alihondro avial DOB 3-1375

I had to run an errand this morning and on the way to my errand I had the car radio on and heard this 911 call. The poor man was beside himself. Very broken up. I'm sure it would be an absolutely terrible thing to find. I heard him saying "I have a little girl!!"

I think what they should do with disgusting, vile, useless pigs like this are to try them first. When found guilty they should have someone take a chain saw (maybe something a little smaller) and literally saw their head apart into slices. While they're still alive of course. Then these sections of their brains could be given to scientists to try and figure out what makes them so evil. Maybe science can come up with a solution to stop this evil.

The trial is supposed to resume, is it Monday? Then we can discuss the issues like we've been doing on these threads for the last 5 months, hopefully without being called every name in the book, because of it.

But it would seem the more they Profile the evil person who murdered little Samantha, the less Westerfield fits the profile...

Isn't it too bad that this poor Justin has to live in friends' barn so he can pay child support on a 3 year old son? That is another American tragedy right there, a lot more common than Samantha's. Kid needs to live with bio father.

I shudder to even imagine what she went through.

Like I said before.. HER BITE MARKS AND THE SCRATHCES SHE PUT ON HIM WILL CONVICT HIM.

If anyone remembers.. they/the Sherrif said to look for someone with bite marks and scratches. I have a feeling there is a reason they said this!!

That jury would have hung ME, with that kind of forensic evidence and false and misleading testimony from everybody. And I haven't been to Calif in 17 years!

If the jury does find DW guilty, which I doubt, though a mistrial is very possible....

It will be just the start of the Indy 500. To find the real perp. Maybe Orange County already has, but if not, they obviously can do a lot better job than San Diego! What a frame-up.

No, I am all in favor of these informal folk memorials, the more stuff brought the better. After a while, someone needs to kind of keep them clean, depending on whether they are food or fruit etc that rots.

Someone raised the issue of what they thought of the area in which this crime took place, and I would have to somewhat agree with their opinion. You took exception to it, fine. But you busted out with name calling and anger. If you don't want to follow the debate we've been having on it fine, Someone brought up it, and we did just that, debated it.

That should be indicitive of citizenship. I appreciate the information. This would seem to rule out illegal alien status. I thought it should be revealed as soon as possible in the interest of fairness to illegals who do not commit terrible crimes.

Actually, I've been watching them. Just waiting for someone to say this is racism or something.

While they are nowhere near as active and intense as this thread. The sentiments being expressed are mostly similar.

I guess, on this issue, at least, there is at least a shred of humanity left in some of them. Even DUmmies have kids.
