Would the phrase "under God" be offensive to a practicing Jew? Would it interfere with the right the Ninth Circuit said he has to determine the religious upbringing of his daughter?

Would the phrase "under God" be offensive to a practicing Jew? A "practicing Jew" is someone who believes in G*D and observes the commandments in the Torah.
It is very doubtful that Mr. Newdow is this kind of Jew. Maybe he belongs to one of the whacked-out extreme left-wing cults of "reconstructive" or "secular-humanist" bogus "Judaism."

Would it interfere with the right the Ninth Circuit said he has to determine the religious upbringing of his daughter? The girl's mother has sole custody. She decides on the religious upbringing of the child.

Would it interfere with the right the Ninth Circuit said he has to determine the religious upbringing of his daughter? Huh? Since when does the Court of Appeals of the 9th Circuit have the right to determine the religious upbringing of his daughter?
Or were you being sarcastic?

He doesn't get to determine the religious upbringing of his child. The mother has "sole legal custody" of the girl which means that according to the court she is the one who gets to decide EVERYTHING on the girls behalf. The mother however lets the girl spend Jewish holidays with the dad because mom thinks it is important for the daughter to be aware of her heritage.
Seems dad is the only intolerant f**k in this picture.
