I was just on another thread where an anti-drug conservative claimed he was for cigarettes because they can be used responsibly. What this article is saying though is that cigarette smokers in high cig-tax states are becomming tax cheats, i.e. criminals. Here comes the great experiment, whether conservative smokers will soon turn themselves in as libertines, solely because the law is in the process of making their activity an illegal vice. One day a conservative, next day a criminal. WhoooHaHaHa! I will soon be called a libertine for advocating drug legalization, by conservative criminals who cheat the state on their taxes!

One day a conservative, next day a criminal. The american indians legally sell untaxed cigarettes. It is not illegal, it is not criminal, it is just plain old the american way!!
One could make a case that it is the state governemnts that are criminal by unfair taxation. Therefore, buying state taxed cigarettes makes one an accessory to crime.
That means that those that pay choose to pay the state tax, are the real criminals??
