I guess the only problem I have with this theory is that none of us know exactly what the cops have
in toto. I tend to respect police work, and I tend to think that when the D.A. goes with the case, he's confident because he has the goods.
The burden of proof is always on him.
What I'm interested to see is, if Westerfield is convicted--which I think likely--are the "thread-bound" here going to go ballistic?
If he gets convicted, I wonder how "ballistic" the guilty people will get on this board. And if found guilty, there are so many excellent reasons for appeals that I've lost count.
