Well, in fairness to Judicial Watch, many of his cronies around here have pointed out that the IRS should really wait until JW stops suing the government/government officials.

He keeps suing government & officials to keep the IRS off his tail - if he gets audited, he'll cry foul.

You make an interesting point. Maybe he keeps suing in order to avoid complying with the audit that he has been delaying for 3 years now. Judicial Watch has been pleading the Fifth Amendment, but maybe he's lost confidence in that route.

Too late, he's been served the audit notice. Larry, "Because no one is above the law", apparantly thinks he's "Above the law".
