I wonder how many of these citizens of Macedonia and Yugoslavia are really Kosovo Albanian muslims, and therefore, at least potentially KLA terrorist and drug-gang infiltrators? (One can imagine muslims coming across our borders who are citizens of such countries as the UK and France as well--remember the "French" "twentieth highjacker" Massaoui!)
I know many Serbian Orthodox Christian immigrants (from inner Serbia, Kosovo, Bosnia, and Krajina) who are professionals and are fine additions to America, and some of whom may also chose to become helpers and leaders of the Serbian homeland as it recovers from the debilities of war and clintonism. But the Albanian population that lands on our shores includes among them gang members, fifth columnists (like the infamous "pizza mafia" in New York that provides funds to the KLA and other terrorists), and undoubtedly KLA and al Qaeda sleepers. Since it isn't too hard for Kosovo and "Western Macedonian" Albanians to get here legally (given the anti-Serbian, clintonite preference for these groups), I imagine that those Albanians who sneak across our borders contain an even higher percentage of criminals and terrorists!!!
