Not only that, but healthy cholesterol levels reduce your risk of heart disease. That is exactly what this diet achieves. On the other hand, junk food diets [sugar and bread] are directly linked to obesity, cancer and heart disease. I am willing to bet you have had more junk food in the past 24 hours that I have had in the past 3.5 years.
